The course is going to be conducted on 25th and 26th March 2022. The course will provide theoretical knowledge and basic skills needed in ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology.
The course is ISUOG approved and by the end of it a certificate of attendance shall be provided to the delegates.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course the Participants weather practicing clinicians and sonographers should be able to build and enhance their abilities to use the transabdominal and transvaginal Ultrasound. Moreover they will have acquired the necessary knowledge and practice tips about the following:

1.Normal Sonographic Appearance of Pelvic Anatomy and Anatomic variants.
2.Evaluation of Adnexal Masses.
3.Sonographic Appearance of different Stages of Endometrium and Benign Uterine Lesions: Fibroids and Adenomyosis.
4.Measurement of Cervical Length.
5.First Trimester Scanning including Dating, NT Scan, Diagnosis of Miscarriage and Twin Pregnancy.
6.Sonographic Appearance of Ectopic Pregnancy and Caesarian Scar Pregnancy CSP.
7.Second Trimester Scan and Demonstration of Normal Fetal Anatomy.
8.Fetal Biometry and Assessment of Fetal Age and Growth.
9.Normal and Abnormal Sonographic Appearance of Placenta, Amniotic Fluid and Umbilical Cord.
10.Doppler Application in Obstetrics: Fetal Wellbeing and Fetal Growth.
